I loved having cooking and laundry facilities right in the room! it was super convenient. the staff WAS polite and respectful, always ready to help. access TO the place was easy. I found it without any trouble. i would definitely stay here again because of all these things.
the only slight issue i had was that the pillows were a little too soft for my liking. but it was a very minor thing!

The room was clean. It looked like the photos. the hot water was reliable and i was provided with a fan. there was a kettle, tea bags, sugar, and milk, convenient. I also had clean towels, clean bed sheets, and hand soap in the toilet. the toilet was very clean, too.
the cutlery for the kitchen was minimal and it wasn't possible to use the washing machine. laundry was on the kitchen table and also inside the washing machine.

great location full access respectful staff dirty bedsheets small bed temperature shower
i liked the location. it was close to the train station, a big mall, and a mosque. i had full access to the kitchen there. the staff was polite and respectful.
the room i had was not great. the bedsheets were dirty with hairs on the bed. the double bed was a slightly larger single size. the shower had one setting, kettle burning hot to freezing cold.

I found the location really convenient. it was near the stratford station and the westfield shopping centre. the kitchen had everything i needed. I had full access.
the room lacked proper ventilation. there was only a small window. also, the bathroom felt cramped, and it was difficult to move around comfortably.
